The Philippines has officially joined the global culinary elite. For the first time ever, nine restaurants in the country have been awarded Michelin stars, marking a historic milestone for Filipino gastronomy.
Unveiled in the Michelin Guide Philippines 2025, the list honors an exciting mix of fine dining institutions and contemporary spots across Metro Manila — each celebrated for their creativity, consistency, and dedication to excellence.
This recognition doesn’t just celebrate chefs, it honors the passion and diversity of the Filipino dining experience.
At an awarding ceremony held in Pasay City on Thursday, Helm achieved a historic milestone as the Philippines’ first and only restaurant to receive Two Michelin Stars.
